Brought to you by the Maryland Department of Health and Alive! Maryland, the TLC: Testing and Linkage to Care program is required for anyone wishing to provide HIV testing services at a Maryland Department of Health-funded entity in Maryland.

The Links Testing and Linkage to Care Webinar Series is a four-part training for clinical staff, providers, and other staff to develop new skills and professional competencies to optimize the quality of care for people who are newly diagnosed with HIV or who are re-engaging in care.

This 14-module foundational series lays the groundwork for understanding and applying MADAP and the various essential sub-topics. The learner can participate on their own schedule and re-visit the material as needed.
