This webinar will delve into how mapping social determinants of health (SDOH) can drive HIV prevention and intervention. To illustrate this, the webinar will provide an overview of the Alive! Maryland 2023 Community Mapping Toolkit, “Visualizing Health Disparities to Advance Public Health.”
