Letter to Clinicians: Guidelines to Prevent Perinatal HIV Infection

On February 17th, Dr. Jinline Chan, Deputy Secretary of the Maryland Department of Health Public Health Services, issued a letter to clinicians with guidelines to prevent perinatal HIV transmission.
