Maryland Opioid Report, Q2-2020
This Maryland Opioid Operational Command Center (OOCC) report for the second quarter of 2020 marks an inflection point in Maryland’s response to the opioid crisis. With the knowledge afforded by the fatalities data in this report and additional information provided through our daily work, we are now clear in our understanding that the coronavirus pandemic has had significant and detrimental effects on substance use trends in Maryland.
