DESCRIPTION:Workplace systems can cause burnout among healthcare professionals. There are a range of societal\, cultural\, structural\, and organizational factors that contribute to burnout among the healthcare workforce. Some examples include: excessive workloads\, administrative burdens\, limited say in scheduling\, and lack of organizational support. \nJoin Alive! Maryland for Part Two of the Provider Burnout Webinar Series on Tuesday\, March 28\, 2023 at 1:00pm ET. Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging (DEIB) is central across all areas in which Ms. Johnson works. She addresses social determinants and expanding awareness of the root causes of structural inequities that perpetuate disparities in health\, rights\, and quality of life.
