– How to assist a client with QHP Enrollment (websites/Broker)
– Choosing a QHP plan On/Off Exchange (ensures payer of last resort)
– Plan Review/Apply for Subsidy
– What Plans MADAP can pay (Premium assistance from MADAP+)
– Sending bills to MADAP using mdh.csopen_enrollment@maryland.gov
– Reinstatement for termed Plans
